On May 1st the firm’s residential property team, the only remaining team to deliver services from our offices at 46 Silver Street joined the rest of the practice at larger, more modern offices in nearby Aquis House on Clasketgate.

Acquisition of Rawson Family Law, Sheffield

We are delighted to announce our recent acquisition of boutique legal practice Rawson Family Law of Sheffield, and the appointment of its Principal Solicitor Louise Rawson.

Family Mediators Welcome Government Voucher Scheme

The government has announced that it is investing £1m in family mediation. Under the scheme, the Ministry of Justice will provide contributions of up to £500 per family, to resolve issues relating to children following parental separation. The fund will reduce the costs of mediation for at least 2000 families.

Two new hires for busy Commercial Property department

We welcome two new additions to the Commercial Property team this month. April Foley and Claire Lee join the firm as Paralegals having both worked in similar roles in Lincolnshire for many years.
