New Hire for Employment Law Team at Sills & Betteridge LLP

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Danielle Wright as an Associate to our Employment Law team.

Danielle will assist clients across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the East Midlands, from her primary Lincoln base.

She brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in employment law, advising employers on routine non-contentious HR matters and more complex and strategic matters such as TUPE, collective consultation processes, senior exits and director service agreements.

In addition to her advisory work, Danielle provides training to business owners and HR professionals, helping them to build confidence in navigating employment challenges and keeping pace with an evolving legal landscape.

She also helps employee clients with a wide range of often challenging workplace issues, including grievances, disciplinary proceedings, changes to terms and conditions, performance management and settlement agreements.

Danielle is known for her calm and measured approach, taking the time to fully understand each client’s situation and providing support that is both pragmatic and reassuring.
