Carrie-Ann is an Employment Executive and works across our offices in the East Midlands.

Carrie-Ann is a highly experienced employment lawyer with a proven track record of success in litigation, HR advisory, and strategic counsel on both contentious and non-contentious matters. With 17 years of experience, Carrie-Ann has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of employment law, representing both employers and employees in a wide range of matters.

During her career, Carrie-Ann has gained extensive experience litigating employment disputes, including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, breach of contract complaints and TUPE.  Additionally, Carrie-Ann represents clients in mediation hearings. Carrie-Ann is a skilled negotiator and advocate, dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients, whether through settlement or trial.

Beyond litigation, Carrie-Ann provides straightforward, nonsense strategic employment and HR advice to businesses of all sizes, helping them to develop and implement compliant policies and procedures, manage complex employee relations issues, and navigate the ever-changing landscape of employment law. Carrie-Ann has a friendly, practical and business-focused approach, understanding the importance of balancing legal risk with business objectives. 

Carrie-Ann is a Employment Lawyers’ Association and is committed to staying at the forefront of developments in employment law. Carrie-Ann is a frequent speaker and writer on employment law topics, over the years advocating areas such as menopause, endometriosis, PMDD, PCOS, fibroids, infertility and pregnancy discrimination. She  is passionate about educating clients and colleagues on best practices.

Carrie-Ann has been featured on BBC Radio Leicester, discussing the effects of endometriosis in the workplace. Her article ‘100 years of women in law’ was published in The Law Society Gazette online publication.
