With over 20 years’ experience, Chartered Legal Executive Claire Smith has joined our family law team as an Associate.
Her areas of specialism include divorce and finances, separation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation, parental responsibility and child arrangements.
Claire has practiced in Lincolnshire her entire career and is widely respected for delivering realistic, cost-effective legal advice, carefully tailored to each client. Equally competent in and out of Court, Claire is a strong advocate for resolving disputes in a non-confrontational and constructive manner but will provide robust representation when a firmer approach is needed.
