Sarah has over 35 years’ experience working in Family Law.
Sarah offers support to victims of domestic abuse, providing guidance on any emergency injunctions available to them such as non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
She supports Solicitor Lisa Churchill by preparing Legal Aid applications, drafting Court documents, statements and applications for private and public law matters.
Within their work, Sarah works closely with agencies and charities to include the National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV), Northamptonshire Domestic Abuse Service (NDAS), The Sunflower Centre and MK Act.
Sarah is also a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals.
