Sam Sleight

Sam is a Chartered Legal Executive Litigator (Civil Litigation) in our Commercial Litigation team and is based in Lincoln and Skegness.

His main area of specialism in Contentious Probate, advising on disputes relating to a person’s estate after they die. He is an Associate Member of The Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).

In addition to contentious probate work, Sam also deals with commercial litigation matters including property disputes.

Sam is Vice Chair of Governors at Skegness Grammar School and a Committee Member at Skegness Town AFC.
