Paige Burley

Paige is a Solicitor in our Family Department.

Paige is a dedicated family law solicitor specialising in Public Law Children, Private Law Children, and Domestic Abuse matters. She brings a compassionate yet strategic approach to her work, with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for vulnerable clients.

Paige holds an LLB in Law with Criminology, an LLM, and the Legal Practice Course – all from Nottingham Law School. In recognition of her growing impact within the legal profession, she was nominated for Nottingham Junior Lawyer of the Year 2023.

She acted as the instructing solicitor in the reported case of AB v TC & Anor [2024] EWFC 296, which further clarified the use of suspended change of residence orders in parental alienation cases – a key development in family law.

Outside of her casework, Paige is an active member of the Equality and Diversity Committee of Nottingham Law Society and volunteers at her local community centre’s free legal clinic, offering signposting and guidance to those in need. She is also a passionate advocate for legislative change through her work with the Ruby’s Law campaign, aiming to protect pets in domestic abuse situations. Her advocacy has taken her to Westminster to engage in All-Party Parliamentary Group sessions.
