Helena is a Solicitor in the Commercial Department.
With a focus on national and international commercial contracts, Helena’s work involves providing clients with contractual advice, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sales and purchase agreements, distribution agreements, terms and conditions, joint ventures, non-disclosure agreements, as well as supporting corporate transactional work.
Helena assists with privacy and data protection matters for clients with offices in the UK and overseas and provides advice relating to GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the extraterritorial effect of the EU GDPR as it applies to UK data controllers or processors.
Before joining Sills & Betteridge, Helena worked overseas as in-house legal counsel for international commodity trading companies.
Helena is a native English and German speaker and is supervised by James Conduit.
