Adam is a Litigation Executive in the Sheffield Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team and also works part‑time with the Wills and Probate department.
He joined the firm following our merger with Bell & Buxton Solicitors in 2025.
In Litigation, Adam works closely with Karen Bower‑Brown on a wide range of estate‑related disputes, including:
- Contested wills
- Claims for financial provision
- Executor disputes
- Trust disputes
- Financial abuse claims
- Court of Protection disputes
He also assists Dax Keeling with general litigation matters such as:
- Professional negligence claims
- Residential and commercial property disputes
- Boundary and rights of way issues
- Trespass and adverse possession
- Trust of Land disputes
- Company and partnership disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Debt claims
Alongside his litigation work, Adam supports the Wills and Probate team, working closely with Josh Fenton‑Hawkes and Erica Hancock. His work includes assisting with the drafting of wills and trusts, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, supporting estate administration, and helping with applications for probate and letters of administration.
Adam approaches his work with an optimistic and thorough mindset, offering strong support to both clients and colleagues. His confident use of technology enables him to work with precision and efficiency, and he takes pride in delivering a high standard of service with clear and consistent communication.
Adam is currently undertaking a full‑time Business degree with the Open University. Once completed, he intends to progress to the SQE with the aim of qualifying as a Solicitor.
