Role: Residential Conveyancer

Hours: 9am – 5.15pm, Monday to Friday
About the role:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our established and highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team in Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded conveyancer with at least two years’ residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion. We welcome applications from both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion;
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity;
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties;
- Progressing matters efficiently while maintaining appropriate compliance and risk management standards;
- Providing excellent client care and clear, timely communication throughout each transaction;
- Meeting relevant performance, compliance and billing objectives;
- Contributing to the wider success of the team and department.
About you:
We’re looking for an experienced, confident and client-focused conveyancer who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service. You’ll enjoy building relationships with clients and working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
You will also have:
- At least two years’ practical residential conveyancing experience;
- Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision;
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A proactive approach and the confidence to use your own initiative;
- A commitment to continued learning and professional development.
