ROLE: Compliance and Client Care Coordinator
LOCATION: Lincoln
SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000
HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Compliance and Client Care Coordinator to join our Risk & Compliance team. This role plays an important part in supporting Sills & Betteridge's commitment to excellent client care, handling complaints effectively and helping to maintain strong compliance standards
Tasks will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting the investigation and resolution of client complaints;
- Drafting professional complaint responses and maintaining accurate records and logs;
- Producing reports and management information on complaint trends and client feedback;
- Assisting with client care initiatives and continuous improvement activities;
- Supporting the review of policies, procedures, accreditations and regulatory requirements;
- Monitoring client feedback and online reviews to help improve service standards;
You will enjoy this role if you have:
- Experience in an administrative, compliance or professional support environment;
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong written communication skills and confidence handling sensitive information;
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel;
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
Experience of complaints handling, legal compliance processes or working within the legal sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
