ROLE: Legal Assistant
LOCATION: Nottingham
SALARY: Competitive based on experience
HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday

Sills & Betteridge LLP is seeking a Legal Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Wills, Trusts & Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused individual looking to develop their career within a well-established and supportive law firm.
You will undertake the following but not limited to:
- Supporting fee earners with client files, correspondence and legal documentation
- Managing diaries, appointments and client communications
- Assisting with probate applications and estate planning administration
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions and other third parties
- Maintaining accurate records and always ensuring confidentiality
You will enjoy this role if you are:
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- A confident communicator with excellent client care skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Able to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in a legal support role, knowledge of case management systems, or experience within Wills, Trusts & Probate is desirable but not essential. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are required.
